(no subject)

So, I went out on a 'bar crawl' last night with a bunch of the Erasumus students, and while it was kind of fun to just go and hang out, there were at least twenty people in our crowd. Anywhere we went was suddenly overcrowded and difficult to find a place. Colleen and me ended up going home bit before midnight because we'd gone to a neighboring pub rather than the packed one the Erasumus peeps were going into, so they moved on without us. Not really that terrible, but a little bit dull when I didn't know so many people. Did have fun hanging out with Johanna and Colleen, though.

Last night was also apparently Shakes Initiation, and I had nothing to do with it. There are new baby Shakers who I just do not know at all. Hell, there's a new crop of Wellesley students that I don't know at all. College is so transitory, that it's hard to think of it that way at all.

I was going to try and get some work done early today, before our little cultural excursion with Her r Freimuller, but I don't think it's going to happen. Meh. I'll get some good coffee out of the deal.

Anyhoo, life continues on, I am well, and while I seem to have a slight cold, my new ability to use the subway makes it less likely for me to overexert myself.
