Most Important Lesson from Austria

That was basically the theme of tonight's dinner with Johanna- I went out and bought some dough on Saturday, as well as some generally tasty things, and proceeded to make little triangular food pockets out of them. These are a great, great idea, because you can easily reheat leftovers in them, they only take 15 minutes and taste fantastic and flakily wonderful, and you can make *anything*.
Tonight's dinner was pockets with sauteed eggplant, carrots, scharfes Käse with pesto, and some loose grilled peppers that did not actually get cooked in time for the main baking of little squares. Dessert was nutella in little pastry triangles. See? Easy.
Johanna is going to be gone until the 26th, and then on the 3rd of March she finally is moving to Berlin. Today she brought me some kitchen stuff that she didn't need to take with her- I now have more cutlery than I know what to do with, and some new bowls.
