A Long day of Nothing
Oct. 28th, 2007 07:00 pmI have done almost nothing today. Really. I read the latest sections of John Dies At The End, changed my clock for daylight savings, finally cooked an aging zucchini, and tried out my instant coffee- which absolutely sucks, but doctored up with enough sugar it's doable.
I also read some Blue Beetle, which is so cute that I can hardly stand it.
In other news, lovely friend Karel is coming to visit me on Tuesday, and I have classes only on Wednesday of this week, so I might attempt to go wander around the world a little.
I've got a plan in my head to visit Emma in London this December, which should be fun. However, I'm facing the sad possibility of having only one friend from Swells in Europe next semester, which is when I get my school break and had planned to make my little world trip. Oh, well. I'll just have to decided based on destination rather than friend-population of a place. It seems like most people I know are only going abroad one semester, not a whole year. That's just sad.
