Wow, that's a solid endorsement of the series!

As you can see from this week's post, I did enjoy the Incandescent! I have kneejerk aversion to anything that feels nostalgic for Harry Potter so 'magical British school' seemed likely to be a miss for me but, honestly, I feel like this did a great job grounding the main character and showing the school as the end product of many many people's devotion and sacrifice. The school as a fragile institution with real value the community, and tremendous potential for good or bad? I do love it.
