I think so!

I have a vague idea to maybe read Le Guin in publication order - its odd, because they are such different works, but I a lot of thematic overlap between Ged in Earthsea and Genly Ai in the Left Hand of Darkness, which came out only a year later. The concept of an outsider and travel and the folklore of it all - it felt really interesting to compare the two works as Le Guin was chewing on related ideas in different books.

So I do think Tombs of Atuan is in my future.
