I love this, and I have to recommend the book Mountains Beyond Mountains, which is an account of the founding of PIH and the lives and work of its founders. From what I know of the organization from the book, they're uniquely positioned to give this advice as an organization that is focused on... spiritual health, I think, in the grimmest-looking situations.
