1) Ravelry is banning support for white supremacy and Trump from their website. Yay! https://www.ravelry.com/content/no-trump   
2) I put in an offer on a condo, it has been accepted, and now we have to do the work of actually buying it. I really like it! It's bright and pretty and in a good location!

We will not permit witch-hunts, progressive loyalty-testing, or attempting to bait another into admitting support for President Trump in order to get them banned. The mod staff will deal harshly with attempts to weaponize this policy.

I applaud Ravelry's action. I'm seeing people signing out, saying some version of "now that the site is off-limits to anyone who's politically conservative" and I just shake my head. Because no, it's not about who you are; it's about how you behave. After vile harassment on- and off-site, including doxxing, I'm just thrilled to see a site draw the line of no, you can't do that here. Imagine if Facebook could get their head out of their butts long enough...
