No, you really, really should. Because a lot of this stuff filters down- I was already somewhat convinced of some of the stuff that these people write about because it *had* gotten into the church.

I might not read Systematic Theology right off, simply because it's a bit of a slog. But, he's got several shorter books, and one book that was published fairly recently that translates his very short radio addresses to Nazi Germany on behalf of the Allies and their theologians. So that should be more straightforward without being too focused on one tiny topic.
