thehoyden has authored a good number of fics, as has shiplizard, but in particular I recommend crimsonquills.

For fic, there are few coms. dresdenfic and dresdenslash are exactly what it says on the label, but there's a good Dresden/Marcone comm (slow to update, but source of most of my good fic) called mafiabanter.
