Nov. 2nd, 2020 09:37 amI had a lovely weekend! Which, unfortunately, is now over.
I had a friend visit and come and hang out for several days, and since we've been in lockdown and she's had a covid test, we dispensed with the precautions for her visit and just had a chance to hang out. It was exquisitely normal.
Because we haven't had anyone over for months and months and months, we went a bit overboard on the food prep, but, damn, it was delicious and wonderful and such fun.
And now I'm just kind of down, welp, this is probably going to be a difficult week either way.
I have some wonderful reading ahead of me, and some wonderful people to talk to, and I'm going to ignore as much possible for a while.
