I'd say both racist and sexist-- if this same thing happened with either a white woman or a nonwhite man, I think those would both have slightly different but still disturbing implications. The idea that it is somehow "leading him on" to give him her email fits into one narrative, and the idea that something must have happened between them that was clearly her fault fits into the other.
