Groceries, Gustav Mahler concert with hateful ex-program director, wandering around Vienna with Colleen in search of a place to sit and drink, and the discovery of the Käsekrainer- sausage filled with cheese, sold at roadsides stands far past the time when you can buy anything but booze in Vienna, smothered in tasty mustard. All I need to do is figure out what the ones entirely submerged in a bun are called, and I have found my new junk food.

It's sort of a mixture of assuming that we are completely incompetent (Someone, after misreading her map, turned left where she should have turned right and called me (who was already waiting with ex-director at the appointed café) for directions. When she got here, she joked that she couldn't read a map, and ex-director said, "Oh, you should learn while you're here." As in, she actually believed that a 20 year old women from *Wellesley* could exist in a world where she would never have learned to read a map.) and a complete lack of any motivation to help (after the concert, fully believing that we did not know how to read a map, she dismissed us while she waited for someone else to come out of the concert hall, leaving us to find our way home ourselves. As in, told us to go, despite the fact that two minutes later we ran into her on our way home and she was walking in the same direction as us for at least ten minutes.)

This is combined with the fact that *no one* at Wellesley from the previous years ever had anything good to say about her. You bring her up, and there's a wave of annoyance and dislike from everyone.
