I was vague and sarcastic about a more complex situation, and I ended up not putting in the required details.

I've updated the post to actually explain myself, but basically, I was mad at someone trying to overly interrogate the victim of racially based harassment, and venting. Not super clearly! sorry about the confusion - I definitely should have not posted this right before I ran off to do some RL stuff.
